2026 SWIMMING POOL ADDITION
POLICIES
Payment: $200 deposit due by December 31st. Remainder of the balance is due by April 1st.
Site Rules: Trailers must remain mobile. Max six adults per site. One 8 x 8 shed allowed. Trailer must be 10 years or newer. No motorhomes allowed.
Vehicles: Two vehicles max per site. Two gate passes per seasonal site provided. If you lose your pass the additional gate pass will be $10.00. Each gate pass is reusable season after season upon renewal.
Sale of Camper: Camping units may not be sold on site without permission from WRR management. $1,000 transfer fee for approved sales by seller. Any unit over 10 years and older will not be allowed to be sold on site.

$3,500: Sites #227 – #243
$4,000: Sites #244 – #247

At this time we do not have any current open seasonal sites, however this status can change quickly! If you are interested in hearing more information about our seasonal sites or want to be added to our wait list please GIVE US A CALL @ 608-588-2826 ext. 1 or email us @ [email protected] . We typically have a couple open sites each year.

Additional Expenses:
- Electricity (billed 2 times a season)
- Lawn Mowing/Grounds Maintenance
- Shower/Laundry Facilities
- Liza’s Lagoon (campers get a discount)
